Should you eat [Protein, Energy, Candy] bars?

Which is the best bar to have for a snack? Join us as we try 20 of the lowest fat candy and protein bars & share our own bar recipe. Vital Statistics taken at the end to show blood pressure and blood oxygen after consuming 2500 calories of these processed food stuffs. Please share this video with your friends who eat bars instead of real food.

DIY Bars Ingredients
Dry
2 Cups Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Oat Flour
2 TBSP PB2 (or other powdered peanut butter)
1 TSP Baking Powder
1/4 TSP Salt

Wet
1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
2 TBSP Almond Milk
1 TBSP Vanilla
3 TBSP Maple Syrup

Combine Wet & Dry separately & then together.
Fold in your favorite nuts, dried fruit or berries & shredded coconut (note we used: Walnuts, Peaches we removed moisture from & fat reduced coconut flakes)

Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes. Enjoy! Store in a sealed air tight container.
